Their customer service is non existent. I placed and order with the intention of receiving it within 3 days. The next day I emailed them to ensure it would get to me in time ( I had clients coming in that weekend). No response. So I called and the girl I spoke with said that the package was still there and that she would change the shipping to 2day express so that it would be received in time. She took down my name and phone number and said she would call me back once it was taken care of. Of course I got no such call. I then emailed again the same with my concerns that my package would not arrive on time, and that I really needed them to make sure it is sent out 2day express. No response. So I called the next day. No answer. Now I try the "live support" chat option. I messaged with someone explaining my situation only to find out that they had already shipped the package the night before, but not via 2day express. Now my package is due to show up on Monday night. 6 days after I completed the order it is supposed to show up. Considering that I paid a butt load more on shipping to ensure it got to me by Saturday I was fairly angry. The response I got from the girl was "We get hundreds of orders a day, so it is hard to find just one". What the hell does that have to do with me. I spoke to someone who said they were going to change the shipping, and they didn't do it. Now I'm going to loose a bunch of money, because I will certainly have cancellations due to this mess up. I would recommend that anyone looking for a company to provide a quality service look else where. World Wide Tattoo has terrible customer service, and they do not care about the consumer. I will not use their website nor recommend them to anyone every again.
