I opened a Tattoo shop here in my town. We found what we thought were the perfect client chairs for a fairly reasonable price at WWT2. When we opened them, one of the chairs hinge on the lower half was broken. We took it upon ourselves to weld it and fix it. We thought, "well, these things happen and we are opening in 2 days so we really need the chair." Initially, the second chair had no obvious major problems other then it was no where near as stable as it stated on the web site. The chairs were flimsy at best, but, needing the chairs in a matter of days, we decided to work with it. When one of our artists was working on a client and went to raise the seat back up for him, the handle just completely broke off. I called customer service and explained what was wrong with both of the chairs. The reply I got from the lady on the other end of the phone was, "Sorry, all sales are final period." I sent an email and never got a response. I called again and was told the person I needed to speak to was in a meeting so I left my information with a message to please return my call. 4 weeks later I have yet to hear anything. I suggest looking elsewhere for anything you have thought about purchasing from this company. They do not stand behind their products at all and customer service is not willing to help either.
