I was first recommended to this company by a friend. The firsts few times I walked into the store I thought it was ok. There were a lot of people there and I felt rushed. However, the service has greatly improved. I always welcomed with a proper greeting.
I like how they have a table and chairs so I am able to sit and look over the catalog to see if I missed any items before I make a final purchase. The whole turning point on making me a regular customer was their helpfulness on an order I had shipped to me.
I love how they take such great precautions to protect my information. I had entered a part of my address wrong and they declined my order and called me to verify my address to ensure that I would receive my order on the correct day. Thanks Worldwide for improving
