I always had doubts about ordering online because of all the fraud can goes on the web. That's why I wanted to call them first and talk to a sales rep, once I gave them a call I felt safe about ordering online! They have really great customer service! All the sales rep were very knowledgeable about security systems and cameras! Remember to give them a call if you want free shipping! Can't really enough good things about this company!
Since I am on the east coast and there in the west coast, the time difference is like 3 hours off. I always forgot this when I was calling tech support. They're open from 12 pm to 4 pm. Somethings it is hard to get a hold of them because I assume that they must get TONS of calls everyday.
Overall I give them 5 stars of the amazing customer service!
