Please punish the evil cheater!

Even after cautious web search, BBB check, forum discussion, we did not find any bad review about this US consulting corp on Jan 13, 2012 so we paid $2490 after signed a few agreement document online even though our guts felt something may be wrong. They said they would refund all the money less a little process fee (they said less than $100) should the loan modification not succeed. The process time was around 45 business days... Zach camp, Amanda Goerner, Christina and Claudia Cerda all sent email asking for mortgage documents and a whole lot of information. Around middle of March, I called Phone 949-356-1702, 866-845-9363 and even their claimed fax 877-561-7242 and got hold of a man who said my loan mod will come soon as they have talked to my current lender. Then at the end of March all the phone numbers were out of service, US consulting corp website was gone and there are some negative reviews about this corp on line we started to realize we were really cheated by these evil people!
I can not believe people are so evil to cheat people who needed help most in this bad economy. Please, if you know any way of filing complains, get justice, refund, any information, please put to this forum so people can get help!
