Phone numbers for this scam company: 1-800-913-6119, 1-800-541--2521, 424-702-1455. Call the different numbers take note of the different names and response times...Or the total lack of a response...They play the time you out game...So your motivations and laws of the varying states time out...You only have so long to complain in many states...Try to return something...GET THEIR POLICIES FOR CORE REFUNDS first why do they want the box back so bad? Is the part in the box the one you ordered? Many of these Internet reporting sites want to save you much pain and suffering...They want your money and the box. They can't put someone Else's parts from China or Korea in a German or American box if they don't have the box. These are a large majority of what people who have already been ripped off are complaining about. ASK for a rma number in advance...This alone should be a huge red flag... I'm going to say it again ask for a rma number in advance! Check them out in advance the fact that they go undeer various names should raise an even bigger red flag...why do they have 20 or so internet names...why are the Carson Police fed up with them...why do the police now simply say..."it's a civil matter and hang up."
Pure criminal's at work plane and simple...You want to be ripped off then go ahead
