I have to share my experience here because it was a bad one and still not resolved after almost a year.
I did buy a property from them last year and after they said that they fixed and repaired it to standards , I was cited from the city for different violations; It took a long time and many calls to have them fixed;
the renter that they put in stopped payment after 2 months and I never got the background check paper on that person, while the company that put him there took a $1000 fee that was nowhere mentioned in the contract;
So I did not get any payment for months.
After complaining with them and with Marshall Reddick that sponsored them, they said that they would buy the property back within 30 days (I signed a contract for that too).
So far I still haven't received any payment from the renter or the money from them for buying back the property, just violations and property taxes bills;
I had to contact the Better Business Bureau (some other people have already done that too)
and also had to hire a lawyer in the hope that I can have my money back.
So my experience with them is not a good one at all.
