Shame on this woman Debbie Vladic of Sign on the X Inc. I have not been paid for notary work I did last year and the amount that is owed to me is $2,100. I am taking her to court. Shame on her!!! She has ripped off many notaries. We are all struggling
to make a living just to pay the bills while she lives in a home on the water worth over a million dollars.
