I just opened an 4000 sq ft plumbing store and needed a new business phone system capable of handling 8 lines with 10 phones with a professional voicemail system. I also needed Cat 6 Ethernet cabling installed for 6 computers.
I called Telephones.com and was treated well by the receptionist. She explained all their systems in detail and arranged for a free estimate. Tony their technician was out the following day and provided me several options in writing based on my requirements and budget.
After comparing several bids from other companies I decided to go with Telephones.com. It was the best choice I ever made. I choose a new Panasonic Digital Phone System with voicemail and 10 phones. I also ordered cabling for 6 computers.
Finding professional phone and data technicians these at a reasonable price is difficult these days, so I definitely plan on recommending them. Tony explained everything in detail before starting the work, including the type of wire and jacks that will be installed. After checking their contractors license with the California State License Board I found out this company has been around for over 20 years with a perfect rating.
Tony and showed up on time yesterday to do the installation. He quick and very professional. He even cleaned up he done. He ran all the cabling, installed and programmed the phone and voicemail system and then thoroughly trained my workers on its use. He even provided me with a free message on hold greeting for our new system. Their other competitor were charging extra for this! I had no problems with their service whatsoever. Everything was installed to local code using quality cabling and hardware, just as they promised. We are very satisfied with this well established and honest company. I actually could not find anything negative in their products or services. The economy is difficult these days, but if I ever expand, I will definitely use them again.
