They are simple liars. They advertise free returns, however only if you pay for shipping to you. If shipping to you is free, they simply charge $10 for every return. When pointed out about misleading, you get a rude reply - "you want to buy shoes or return?", or "go to another store". Disgusting treatment of customers. Stay away, help them go out of business.
