Their friendly, effecient staff makes all the difference

The staff at SIG is amazing, especially Stephanie and Misty. I moved from one apartment to a larger one in the same building and they went out of their way to make everything go smoothly. Maintenance is taken care of quickly- I had a plumbing issue Thanksgiving weekend and was freaking out that no one would be around to get it taken care of but Stephanie called me back within a half hour and had someone there within an hour- thereby saving the day! I've lived in places with larger property management companies and an onsite office and they didn't take care of things as well as SIG does- and I was paying twice the rent. If we ever move out of our apartment we will definitely be looking for another building managed by SIG.
