My experience as a previous tenant.

I was a previous tenant for over a year at one of this company's properties and i gotta say they are a very professional and well managed property management company. Throughout my stay at the apartment i never experienced any issues, and i must say they really out did them selves with the clean up and service of the apartment unit upon move in; the carpet was brand new, walls nicely painted and sink & tub were freshly glazed. I This is the type of company you can just call up if you had a plumbing problem or even a door hinge issue and they'd be on the very same day if not asap. I remeber there being one time i was picked by a misquito and became very ill, they actually had an exterminator sent out to spray that very same week! Not to mention the people down at the office are very friendly and prompt when it comes to returning phone call/ emails. Other then the great service this company provides i gotta say what shocked me most was the price of the apartment, no where in Los Angeles, CA would i ever think i could find a 2 bedroom apartment for just $995 a month!
