Sam took a look at my existing AC system. He knew that everything was an excellent condition and everything was working properly Only reason I wanted to upgrade my AC units. There was two reasons one I wanted sufficient AC for electrical and two I wanted something was very quiet electrical bill this month was $300 more than before and the units are so loud that I have not slept well over two weeks now they’re very loud And not only that the guys came to install my AC system. They did not remove their shoes or cover their shoes or put sheets on my floor. They damage my whole floor walls windows light switches. The service for installation was horrible service front Royal air conditioner service is horrible, I got damage floor in my house and from the day when I called back and complain about the guys who install the AC and they have a cost so much damage in my house and also my driveway with the sealer and they never responded to me back I called back again. Gustavo answer the phone and the owner, Sam’s brother, grab the phone Gustavo how do you start a trading me, ask me if I knew who I was talking to like he was really going to hurt me or kill me on top of that they have not returned to take care of their issues. This company is a fraud. Just the people are crook I want everybody to be very careful.
