WRONG UNIT INSTALLED-GEORGE THE OWNER IS NOT GOING TO MAKE RIGHT
After a month of trying to get someone to my house because my Brand new unit isn't working correctly, a repairman arrives today. I leave early from work, losing hours and pay Only to find out and CONFIRM that the WRONG unit was installed inside my house. On my paperwork it states that i am paying for a Carrier 2 stage unit. The outside unit is a Carrier but the inside unit is an Aspen unit and is NOT a 2 stage unit. Compared to a NASCAR (what im paying for) the Aspen is a Corvette, a good unit but NOT a 2 stage. The owner of the company George and Executive manager was informed that the correct unit was NOT installed. A work order was created and submitted stating that the WRONG unit was installed. Then comes a text message from GEORGE!! And Yes Sir i READ it!!! He is going to more than likely "shoot" down the work order, as i was told "tell her she has the correct unit and move on to the next call. The finance company has been notified and an investigation has begun. Pictures of my sales order along with a picture of WRONG installed unit with the serial and model # were sent to Goodleap. ALL i want is what i am going to be paying for and that is a Carrier 2 stage unit installed inside my home. Do the right George, do the professional businessman thing..... Send someone as soon as possible and install the correct Carrier unit.
