BBB PULLED ACCREDITATION IN FALL 2020 w Good Reason!

BBB pulled their accreditation of Royal Air in Fall 2020 - with good reason! Read all the many recent BBB complaints.!!! As for us: we paid $10,000 + new unit purchased 6 yrs ago & they do NOT stand behind their work. They sent contractors out 7 + times in past one month or so , STILL NO CONSISTENT HEAT in coldest time of year. They have ZERO accountability from contractors who dont actually work directly for them. Constant run around & incompetence. We paid $600 & still have to take off work @ their convenience for them to come out YET AGAIN with no results so far... Getting ready to file a BBB claim & call Attorney to take them to small claims court. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! ***DOUBTFUL they will be solvent after pandemic anyway!***
