Contractor Mark Rosenberg ripped off an elderly woman who is 102 years old . He charged her $2,800 for approximately $500 of work. Stated he spent 28 hours at $75.00 per hour plus $600 in fake materials. Tenants say he spent about 3 - 4 hours in the apartment facility.
This person was very misleading on what he would charge before starting the project and never explained he was so expensive per hour. His invoice does not itemize. I had to ask for hours and fees. This is abuse of the worst kind taking advantage of an elderly woman.
Please list this complaint and let me know if I have any other recourse.
