Avoid this company/person

He asked for a deposit of $2,000.00 on Feb(2013) for steel garage project. We were not given a "plan for the garage "after over 3 months of waiting, made excuses (like I had to change my engineer) and that I can't call his engineer bec. he's a very private
person.. If you don't want to experience the emotional distress that I've been through . Don't make business w/ this person. It took multiple calls/leaving him messages and visits to his office to get our money back June(2013) in 3 payments .
