STOP Don't give them any money. I paid them for a loan mod. I received calls daily several x's a day until my last check was cashed. The only contact made since then was me calling them. Over a year later not one initiated called update or anything from the Co. I'm still working with the bank on my own. I'm prepairing to send documents and recorded calls to several legal services so this company can be looked into.
