VERY unhappy with this company. The DJ showed up 5 minutes before our dance, and we were panicking. No communication to us that he was running late. The karaoke machine we paid for never worked though the DJ spent quite a bit of time trying to get it to work (instead of entertaining the kids). We only really had a DJ for about half of our 2 hour dance. We were promised a 50% refund (after the owner was very rude to me first) but have NEVER received it even though we've had nearly 6 months later of emails, phone calls and promises. Dishonest company, rude owner who only cares about the money not the kids!
