One of their salesman keeps calling my mother, who has mild Alzheimers, and saying he is ready to come out and start the work. When this salesman called at dinner the other night I spoke with him and told him we are not having any work done, at this time, that we had never signed up for any work and when we were ready we would call for an estimate. I asked him to please not call again; I would call when ready. I called the cell number he gave me after my mother went to bed and explained she is not the person who makes the decisions due to her age related dementia and to please not call again. The next night he called again and asked specifically for my mother. I find this to be a sleazy practice at best and have been calling and leaving messages so I can report this to Pacific Home Remodeling but have yet to receive a call back. I will never use this company.
