Thank-you Ovation Home Loans and all the excellent staff I dealt with in successfully completing my first refinance: Abraham Arnous, Mary Vaught, Karen Keown. Answered all my many, many questions. Were always professional, responsive and thorough. In a process that was conducted 'sight unseen' and many states apart, the people noted above came across as competent and trustworthy. While this is my first experience in refinancing and I don't have others to compare it to, I have to rate it highly on the fact that I got better interest rate than I thought I would, a lower monthly payment that I really needed and helpful guidance the whole way through. Many thanks for a great experience and real benefits to my personal finances!
