Excellent Customer care

I want to make a shout out to the great customer care this company provides its customers. I have been a happy user of the products for my dogs for over 2 years, and though i know my dogs well, when I have any questions I can call the company and get some quick direct answers. Where as most companies seem to just throw you from person to person, the staff here really knows there stuff. I want to say thanks for all the occasional help you provide me and my pets.
