I have dealt with New Horizon Debt Relief, and contrary to what I have read on the other reviews, Let me make a point.....it was made very clear in the beginning of how and what the company promises they can and cannot do. Harassing phone calls are not guaranteed to stop! They will tell you this up front. That's only what you want. Shove the problem under the rug. They never lied to me once on how the program worked, nor did they try to hide anything from me. They were up front from the beginning. They worked with me, even though stressful at times, they reassured me that everything would be just fine, and what each step entailed to reach the end and get my life back. They kept my information private as well, which was very important to me. They helped to give me my life back as well. How many companies can you trust nowadays to do that. Virtually none! This company is an excellent company and if someone who wants to have help does not want to follow the criteria of the program than I say shame on them. There are rules to everything in life, unfortunately some of us screw up at times, for whatever issues that may be. And sometimes it is hard to trust a company such as New Horizons because maybe you got screwed by another company. But believe me, these are friendly, hardworking, honest, and trustworthy people that know their business and work hard for you. Just give them the opportunity and stop downgrading them because you can't handle what you are going through at the moment. I had my problem resolved in less then a year, because I wanted the "Monkey off my Back". If you just do what they say and put a little effort into it, and stop slamming them, you would see what the outcome would be.
