I had a very bad experience

I see most people had a good experience I however had a bad one with Nationwide retention Center! I was going through a loan modification with my current mortgage servicer. We reached out to NRC to get help with the process. We were approved for a trial mod of 3 payments $897 which Kyle led me to believe would be my payments going forward. This turned out NOT to be the case because when they reached a decision my payment went up by $300. Kyle also told me that my home would be removed from the foreclosure market which turned out to be a lie as well because they tried to foreclose on me during the process! When I spoke with Kyle on Friday 11/4/22 he was a total jerk about everything. He denied saying anything when I asked him about what he told me originally. I am out $2691 because I was lied to about the process steer clear of Nationwide retention center!
