Review 1/26/2010

I purchased a warranty contract for my car from US Fidelis 10-2009. I had to have my car towed due to mechanical problems and paid out of pocket for the service as my warranty stated it would be reimbursable up to 100.00. When I contacted National adjustment Bureau, they informed me that my contract was never put in the system by US Fidelis therefore no claim has been processed. I called US Fidelis on 5 different occasions between 10-16-2009 and today 01-26-2010 and still nothing has been done to resolve this issue. National adjustment Bureau sent me a claim form requesting the needed information , a copy of my contract, and the ORIGINAL tow receipt. When I questioned this the person at NAB told me they only deal with ORIGINAL receipts for reimbursement. These items were sent in 2 weeks ago and now they have no record of that. I have spoken with NAB and US FIdelis, left messages for a supervisor to call, faxed letters for assistance, and no one has bothered to return my calls or assist in this matter. According to NAB, it is not there issue, it is US Fidelis although the information they required was sent to them. Spoke with Anna at NAB and of course no action was offered to even assist, but the conversations between NAB and US Fidelis were disclosed as being done multiple times with no action from either company.
