My experience with this company was 100% positive. I sought their assistance in working out a modification of my seriously under water, high interest rate mortgage. From day one, every person I worked with in this organization was honest about my prospects and helpful in every possible regard. I did independent research on their record of success, and it is very good. The reviews on this website attest to that as well. I unfortunately did not get the terms of my loan renegotiated, but it was not for lack of sincere and persistent efforts on the part of Modification Services, Inc. On top of that, I was promised a substantial refund if my modification was not successful; I received a refund, more than I was promised. And the amount they retained was more than worth the time and effort they invested on my behalf. I would recommend this company without hesitation to anyone stuck with a bad mortgage, or in a difficult financial situation.
