Mattress and Bed Superstore does not believe in "after sale customer service". Although the mattress we purchased had a warranty, and the manufacturer acknowledged the warranty and offered a replacement mattress, the dealer was in no way supportive with filing the claim, ordering the replacement mattress in a timely fashion, in fact acted like it was a big imposition for them to deal with the warranty situation. The main store is in San Luis Obispo, and the management there is responsible for interfacing between the customer and the manufacturer - a painful experience, even though the manufacturer was most helpful in processing our claim and responding to our communications on this matter.
We can not recommend this business based on our after-sale experience.
