In October 2010, I paid Legal Debt Solutions for a loan modification. I won a judgment against Legal Debt Solutions/Habashy Law Firm on 1/20/12. Judge John P. Doyle, North Central District, ordered them to return to us the amount of $1,745. To date they have not paid and today threatened they would not abide by the judgement and give us our money back if I persisted in my negative reviews of them and their law firm. In the end, I agreed that I would remove my negative reviews upon receipt of the check. If you are even considering using Legal Debt Solutions or the Habashy Law Firm or stopbanks.com, then BEWARE! If they could do this to me, they could very well do the same to you.
