Nowhere to be found after a problem!

Robert came & inspected & told me about some leaks, and then sent his repair guy Sergio to fix the leaks.
They came & fixed the leaks, which was great - at first, but also left the place a mess, pieces of concrete lying around, etc. - but no big deal, I was just happy it was fixed.
A few weeks later, I noticed one of the places he fixed, was leaking again, so I called Sergio, and he came out to check it. He said he wouldn't do anything until I called Robert back out, to check for leaks again. I called Robert and left about 4 messages over the period of about a week, and he wouldn't (and still hasn't 2 months later) return ANY of my calls. I told Sergio Robert hadn't called me back, and he said "don't worry I spoke to him, he will call you tomorrow". Never did. I heard that same line from Sergio 3 more times until I gave up & called someone else. He seemed so trustworthy at first. I really thought he was a good guy until this.
So if you're looking for someone who guarantees their work, and will actually speak with you if you have a problem, then ROBERT is not your guy!
