Kuruma Motoring sells cheap aftermarket parts and they are quick with responses prior to making a sale. After a sale is made, they are nearly impossible to contact, and on the rare occasion a response is given, it has been in my experience a one lined response. They simply do not care for the customer after the fact. I purchased some cheap aftermarket wheel spacers which were defective and they demanded for me to pay upfront costs of $15 to send back to them to cover for the warranty claim. I am now left with a cheap product that I cannot use, and poses a safety concern if used in its current state. They are not customer service oriented, and do not have much concern for its customers' issues; they don't support the very products they sell. In an ideal business model, the company should do whatever they can to help and support their customers to keep them happy and coming back. Kuruma Motoring is far from this as they simply choose to ignore any problems by disregarding them until they go away. Consumers should stay away from doing any business with this company because continuing to do so will only support their notorious reputation for giving the customers a cold shoulder to service. Voice your support for better businesses by buying through them and punish the unscrupulous businesses like Kuruma Motoring by avoiding them altogether. Just look at the Better Business Bureau website and look at their responses to the complaints. Very unprofessional.
