I have been working with Kairos Investments for over eight years. During
that time I have helped them buy and sell many properties that they have
improved for resale. I must say that there are a number of things that
have favorably impressed me about the manner in which they conduct
business. First, they have a very good sense of what kinds of properties
will attract homeowners.Secondly, they know what kinds of improvements
homeowners want.Third, the work they do is of good quality, their
workers are very skilled and very fast. Finally, they understand market
dynamics, which means that they are willing to price their finished
products so that prospective home owners are eager to snap them up.
