I heard about IGS on the radio and it sounded like they were pretty reliable, so I gave them a call. Months later, nothing but trouble.
In April I spoke with Kirk Smith (949) 267-1676 and he said to fax him some documents in order to refi due to the low interest rate. I paid $2000 by credit card and never heard back from them.
I spoke with them from April to August and they kept saying that the paperwork was getting filed, and they'll be in touch. For the past few weeks, I have been leaving numerous messages. No one has called me back.
So, today (Sept. 3) I decided to give them a call and to my surprise, the number is no longer in service.
BEWARE, THEY ARE A SCAM! I am getting an attorney - they cannot get away with this.
