Terrible Company...
I ordered 11 rolls of tulle from this company in November (to be shipped to UK) and paid for my order, I then received an invoice the next day for the shipping which was actually nearly as much as what I had ordered but it was still a good price compared to other places so I paid that straight away. I kept checking the tracking but there was nothing there so I contacted them a couple of times via email with no response after a week so I opened a Paypal dispute as I saw all the terrible reviews for the company and I started to worry. They then sent me a stroppy email back saying that I had ordered during the thanksgiving weekend and this was why there was no response and that the tracking would be there within 24 hours. A few weeks later still no tracking and they didn't reply to any of my polite emails asking whether my order had been shipped so I escalated the case via Paypal. Paypal have just resolved the matter for me today in my favour and refunded me my money. Am very annoyed as now I will have to reorder it all from somewhere else and have to wait another few weeks. Do not use this company they do not reply to emails and they are very unprofessional, I am very unhappy with the service. I'm so glad that I used Paypal and received my money back otherwise I don't know what would have happened. I will definitely not be using this company again.
