I payed extra to ship a Wine Country Gift Basket. When it did not arrive the company rep told me there was nothing they could do to help me. I had to call UPS on my own to figure out the problem. They did refund my shipping cost, but the gift will be late and will not have the same effect. Recommmend you use another company if you need something to arrive on time..
