An absolutely nightmarish experience. I contracted them to install five (5) interior doors in my home. I purchased the doors and all hardware, all they had to do was hang them and drill for the locks and hinges.
The first installer was so terrible that he installed the door backwards and left a huge gap between the door and the jamb. I had to order a replacement. They assigned a new installer.
The second installer was equally ridiculous. He shaved so much off the bottom of two doors that they wouldn't close properly and the doors wouldn't remain closed. I had to order two replacement doors. They assigned a new installer.
The third installer didn't show up.
The fourth installer got three doors installed and then installed the wrong door in the wrong location, which meant both doors were unusable. Two more doors were ordered and yet another installer was assigned.
The fifth installer got one of the last two doors installed, but it has to be forced to close. The fifth door was installed backwards and with too large a gap between it and the jamb. He "fudged" it by sticking the lock out further from the door so it would grab in order to remain closed. However, if the door doesn't "catch" it swings open on its own.
At this point, which was SIX MONTHS and FIVE REPLACEMENT DOORS later, I demanded the money for the remaining door and installation be refunded. More than fair! It took two months to get the money back. It was constantly "in the mail." I finally drove to their office and guess what? THERE IS NO OFFICE AT THEIR LISTED ADDRESS! They'd "moved" from El Segundo to Corona. I managed to get someone on the phone and I threatened to sue, set up a FedEx pick up and finally got my reimbursement. So sad and unnecessary.
8 Months of misery, ineptitude, dishonesty and lies. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
