Gravity Defyer: The Good & The Bad - PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING

The Good: The shoes are great! I give them 5 stars. I wear the Mighty Walk shoes as I am a walker. Very comfortable (takes a few days to get use to). The tread wears a lot quicker than the New Balance I use to wear, but I still get a good 6 months use out of them walking every day.
The Bad:(which is why I rate them only 1 star - it would be no stars if it was offered). Gravity Defyer IS NOT easy to do business with if you have an issue with their shoes. Their customer care group is absolutely horrible. It took me close to 6 - 7 weeks of "day to day" emailing and calling to finally have an exchange pair of shoes shipped to me. They are NOT a customer focused company. I could go on and on as it was totally frustrating. I wound up sending an email to their public relations email address and the president of the company pushed me off to a supervisor who tried calling me from an "unknown" 800 number (which I assumed was a spam call) and then asked me to call her back at the 800 customer care number (NOT a direct dial number to her), and I had to go through the horrendous ordeal of them trying to connect me with this supervisor - which never happened. I have emailed her a few times with no response. The last email included the president of GDefy as well and nothing there either. They want your money, but they could care less about anything negative you may have to share with them. For me...I'm going back to New Balance. Adios GDefy!
