I purchased a pair of the Mighty Walk and they just didn't help, so I called and explained and was told to return them. I waited for over a month after I returned them and received nothing, so I called but could not get through, kept getting disconnected, nice system they have. Finally after I sent an email threading to contact the California Attorney General, I received an email. They stated the shoes were not returned in New like condition and therefore they could not refund my money, but have me a store credit. The shoes I returned were like new except for the white soles were a little off color from being worn (I had washed the bottoms the best I could). Their return policy is a ripoff, they have no intention of refunding your money and they have nothing you want in their store, so you are out $125.00.
