Worst customer service and product quality - ever

As a partner and company that has used Got Print for over 5,6 or more years, the decline of their customer service quality had gone completely downhill. They NEVER take ownership of the mistakes or screw ups they do. Never.
Case in point. I just ordered a retractable for a very important, public figure client. The retractable was screwed up. Worst crappy quality I've ever seen in a stand up banner. It was put on crooked and the big gold bar at the bottom is awkwardly off. It looks so unprofessional and cheap, I'm taken back.
The first customer service person I spoke with, Jim, was rude, obnoxious, sarcastic, non-cooperative and not helpful - at all.
The amount of time consuming steps it takes to get to someone who can actually DO ANYTHING about a situation needing immediate assistance is almost non-existent.
My client, who has a speaking event in a few days, will now have to use this piece of cheap junk which will reflect on her very badly, and us as a company (that purchased from Got Print) very badly.
They really could have jumped on this, put this into production and shipped overnight to get it to me by the needed day, but they took sooooo long in being curly, larry and mo on who's going to get back to me, that it's already past.
I will NOT be using them anymore. Btw, this is not the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or even 4th time I've had to deal with the same issues. No more though.
