My husband and I joined Goldrush Getaways nearly 3 years ago through the Ontario office. We have found this very valuable to us since we retired and were starting to travel a lot anyway. The training at Ontario was very valuable and professionally done. Any time we have hit a snag, they are always at the end of the telephone to help us out. Same goes for the folks at the Citrus Heights office. They feel like family! Two years ago when the CLIA rules changed, we were debating as to how to manage our membership and wrote an email to the general manager of the Ontario office. He took the time to call us at home and spent over an hour explaining how things were going to work and he encouraged us to stay the course, and now we are so glad we did. Our experience with Goldrush Getaways has been very positive!
We found that we got exactly what we had purchased with our memebership and we recouped our money back in just one cruise. It's great to book our own trips and now we get the commissions instead of another travel agency getting them. And we have experienced several river cruise FAMS which were outstanding with AMA Waterways.
We look forward to dealing with Goldrush Getaways for many years to come...as long as we have legs to travel!
Give them a try, as we are so glad we did!
