I picked out a beautiful arrangement on a Thursday for delivery to a funeral home on Saturday. The flowers were delivered on Sunday and they substituted so many of the flowers it looked nothing like what I ordered. The flowers were expensive and when I tried to get some retribution from the company, they completely shut me down. I would never order from this organization ever again.
