Excelelent Service and Company
Excellent, particularly Victor - I marked down one star because, despite trying two different methods to pay, their system rejected the order because it can't 'verify' my details. Although I've lived at the same address, had the same credit card with the same bank for decades, and made hundreds of purchases from the US (I live in Australia), their system is set to ultra-paranoid. Apparently, this is because of a large incidence of fraud from dodgy "customers", so I don't blame the staff or the business itself. Nonetheless, it was a lot of stuffing around for what should be a straightforward transaction. I suggest they investigate alternatives to a system which mixes genuine customers in with the thieves. That said, when I contacted them by phone, they were very professional and helpful, and all ended well. The gear was delivered super-quick, it was packed very well, and was top-quality.
