Company does not honor orders, it's a web scam

I have not received the order put in November 2011 and paid for with PayPal. There is no reply to my e-mails and /or phone calls. PayPal closed the dispute because it was filed after their 45 days grace period. The "production time" + shipment stated in the order pushes the waiting over that time required by PayPal, so they take your money and there is nothing you can do about it. By the time you realize you've been scammed, the 45 days are over.
