My complaint is about Direct TV . One of the agent ask me to a one time charge for my cousin over 8 months ago. I now she has paid at pay station since then. Now after that we receive a notice that have cancelled my account from there system which I find out is not true. She recently went on line to pay her bill .They took it upon themselves to bill my account 4 days early and are now telling me you need to have a credit card on file. Which I was not advise .I do not have direct to nor do I ever want. I just want my $223.29 back to my account. My rent is due and now have overdraft from an unlawful withdrawal. And I want something in black and white saying that my account is completely deleted from there system forever.
