I purchased equipment from this company 2 years ago. The first couple of times I needed to place an order I got immediate response. I have been trying to place a substantial order for 4 months and have not gotten a response. The wands have lifetime warranties and I need new ones and am willing to send back the old ones. I have tried emailing this company, calling and faxing several times. I need help trying to get a response. I love this equipment but need supplies desperately to no avail of this company.
