Tony Cosko has completed various projects on our house over the past 10 years ranging from building a fenced-in enclosure for garbage cans to rebuilding our dining roon because of a fungus incursion. Tony is always professional and pleasant to work with. He brings both an understanding of building and the ability to translate our expectations into something concrete. He is the first person we call when s >rnething needs to be built or repaired.
When our dining room had become damaged because of an underground fungus, Tony rebuilt and increased the size of the foundation without destroying the room. He replaced the damaged windows and he sealed the foundation with an impervious, rubber membrane to prevent any future fungus incursion. Tony installed vents under the house to increase air flow and rebuilt the redwood deck. Although water had not created the problem, Tony realized the roof drainage
could create problems in the future and built a system that would take all the roof drainage underground and to the street. We've had no further problems since this was done five years ago and sleep nights not worrying about it.
We highly recommend Tony Cosko to friends to address any home building needs.
