This company is a total scam. I ordered a costume for my son and it was too small. I called the company and a Jonathan told me what to do and that there was going to be a 25% restocking fee and I had to pay for the return shipment. Ok, I sent it the next day and they received it two days later. This was on October 13, 2011. It is now NOvember 16, 2011 and I yet to receive my credit to my credit card. I have called and spoken to Catherine, Mitchell (rude sarcasstic person), Jonathan, John, and some other girl who had someone in the background telling her what to say. Everytime I called I got "it shows we have not recieved it but it doesn't mean it is not in the warehouse its just not showing on the computer". Now I am getting "we recieved it but the inspector needs to check it for hygeine purposes" WTH is that. I have tried to talk to the supervisor Clarissa but like the other posts, she is busy, she is in the warehouse, she is not in today, she is on vacation, she is unavailable. I thought supervisors are there for the customer, apparently not at this company. I give this company a -100000000000000000000 rating. THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED. I probably will never see my money back but I have filed a complaint with their BBB and will continue to try and make their lives miseralble as they have made mine.
