HORRIBLE !!

I ordered a bed from this company. Not only was the entirely wrong delivered but the bed that was delivered was damaged ! I tried to call bettyusa.com to find out what do to with the shipment because they have a thousand rules when you order from them and NO ONE answered. Now no one answers the phone ever during NORMAL business hours they respond only by email and at 1:00 am in the morning and only in one line emails !! I have had to send pictures and the shipping receipt just to get them to do the right thing .. SEND THE BED I BOUGHT!! They have never once said they were going to ship the right bed or correct this situation..they are looking for any reason NOT to ship the correct bed or refund my money! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CON ARTISTS !!
