I ordered parts from this company back in May. Parts came about a month later. However, not all of them arrived. I received the invoice with parts marked out saying they were credited back. Because not everything was sent I was unable to use some parts. I returned the parts I couldn't use within the return time allowed. It took months of calling and leaving horrible messages to get someone's attention. I talked to Robert who basically told me my refund was issued (3 months later) and I just needed to wait for it. 2 months later and many phone calls, nothing. I filed a complaint with the BBB and made them aware of this. After giving them time to figure things out, I talked to Jon Sinclair. Even though it took him a couple more days than he said....he made it happen. I received my refund about 3-4 days after talking to him. He is the only one from that company that helped me in any way. Robert is worthless and doesn't give a crap about anything. He will not respond to any of your voice messages. He also has an assistant who helps with not helping you. If you do happen to buy from this company and need help....call Jon (ex 201). I don't recommend buying from this company at all.
