Ordered a RU-601 A/C Resistor from them. Item was in stock and still currently shows in stock so it should have shipped out on 09/09/2010. The web sites tracking system fails with this error every time: http://imgur.com/LKaMr.png. I Called 09/10/2010 and spoke to Cindy, this was after calling for hours and being sent to voice mail. She told me that it would ship that day and that they had server issues the day before and that is why the part didn't ship. She also stated she would email me a tracking number, which never happened. Tried tracking all weekend and continued to receive the error above. Called Monday on 09/14/2010 and once again had to continue trying to call for 4+ hours until finally until someone picked up and it was Cindy again. Asked her for a tracking number and she said it didn't ship and she doesn't know when it will ship. Told her to cancel my order due to being far to difficult to contact them and the fact that it should have shipped already and I was without any A/C. I wanted a confirmation number or something to validate the request and she said she couldn't do that she would have to call the warehouse to cancel the order and have my refund posted (which makes no sense why a warehouse would do something of the sort.) I asked for an easier way to contact her and she said she responds to emails, obviously she doesn't respond to phone calls. I don't feel comfortable that this is a reputable company and that I will in fact get my money back.
