Do not use this company! I am pissed that I have been screwed by them! They took $3900 from me in 10 months time, and didn't pay off any of my bills. I have complained multiple times to the company, that they aren't paying anything off, and I still get harassing phone calls everyday. I finally decided enough is enough - and I can pay off my on bills without them. So I cancelled today. They tell me that I only have $1400 in "reserves" to get as a refund (out of my $3900), because the rest has gone to fees to the company and to NoteWorld (who deducts the money from my account every month). And after finding this out, and calling the company today, all I hear when I called the number was music playing. After I called multiple numbers and actually talked to someone, they transferred me to three different people and then hung up on me. I am not done with this situation!
